Lauren Hill Named To Ohio Basketball Hall Of Fame

Lauren Hill will soon have a place in the Ohio Basketball Hall of Fame.  Hill was announced yesterday as a member of the hall's class of 2019.  Officials say the courage shown by the late Mount St. Joseph's player while battling brain cancer is worthy of induction.

 

Southwestern girls golf team won a four-team match shooting a 217. Switzerland Co. was second at 247, Jac-Cen-Del third at 263 and Shawe only fielded two players. Shawe’s Katie Hertz was medalist at 49. Southwestern’s Ellie Foley shot a 51 and Sierra Hamilton lead Switzerland Co. at 55.
