Girls Basketball:

Henry County ladies defeated Carroll County with a final score of 45 to 41.

The Trimble County Lady Raiders fell to Beechwood with the final score of 55 to 51. Shelby Wilcoxson led the raiders with 23 points, Addison Edmondson had 12 points, Emma Horn had 10 points, Emma Ginn had 4 points, and Gracie Jent had 2 points.

Boys Basketball:

The Trimble County boys fell to Shelby County with the final score of 75 to 49. James Thomas Wilcoxson led the raiders with 21 points, Dylan Jennings had 13 points, Tate Ogburn had 8 points, Ryan Long had 5 points, and Dalton Penick had 2 points.

In the second round of Indiana boys basketball sectional action:

Madison defeated Salem with the final score of 83 to 51. The cubs are now 16 and 8 in their season.

Charlestown fell to Scottsburg with the final score of 60 to 54. Scottsburg will now be taking on madison for the semifinals on Friday.
